概要：Visit Greenland とグリーンランドの観光業者が日本の皆様の旅行先としてグリーンランドを紹介します。
また日本の旅の達人に、グリーンランドで体験したアドベンチャーについて語っていただきます。
先日、招待状をいただき出席出来るだけでも光栄なのに、実は大使館より連絡をいただいていた後に、水面下でいろいろありました。
そして本日正式に当日スピーカーとして「グリーンランド」で体験したことをスピーチする大役を託かりました。
水面下ではここに辿り着くまで、下記の審査と選考がありました。
①「英語履歴書」提出
↓
②グリーンランドについて(フリーテーマ）
↓
③グリーンランド訪問回数
↓
④デンマーク大使やグリーンランド首相に対して
英語でのプレゼン

最終的に私に課せられたテーマは「Greenland as a Winter destination〜冬のグリーンランド訪問〜」です。
またスピーチにおいていろいろな決まりが厳しくあります。

Dear Takachiho-san,
Welcome back to Japan.
Greenland has accepted our proposal that you speak at the Greenland Tourism Seminar
with the following heading of your presentation:
“Greenland as a Winter Destination”
The presentation is scheduled for 11:02 – 11:13.
However, you must be in the room by 09:15, when everyone must be seated due to the
attendance of Their Royal Highnesses the Crown Prince Couple.
Would you please send me your first draft of your speech (in Japanese with a short description
of it in English) together with your PowerPoint presentation (if you use this also)?
It is essential that you keep your PowerPoints to maximum 8 slides.
For each slide, there must be a meaning for the travel trade to see the slide.
It is not enough to just show a slide with a nice photo.
Kindly remember to ask yourself when you make each PowerPoint slide: “So What?”
In other words, you have to be very critical of your message in each slide.
The seminar is to enrich the professional travel trade why they should focus on selling Greenland.
The presentation has to be personal also.
When you start your speech, you should address the audience (aisatsu) like this.
“Your Excellency, Ladies and Gentlemen,”
This may be followed by:
